Terms and Conditions

  • We need you to stick to the Tour Program. No refunds if you're late, join late, or leave early. Remember, unused tour services aren't refundable.
  • The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
  • The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
  • The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travellers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
  • Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safety concerns. Our tours involve physically demanding activities such as trekking, and camping at high altitudes and we recommend for you be in the right shape to make the most of them.
  • Kindly make sure you follow the schedule & timings given by the trip coordinators or driver for all services and transfers. In case you fail to follow the schedule, the driver can leave without any warnings for which no refunds will be given.
  • Hotels & stays suggested in the itinerary can be changed and will be equivalent or more to the one offered ton you in terms of price as per the official tariff of hotels.
  • Any kind of hotel or travel cancellation and no shows will be responsibility of the client.
  • We're not liable for any costs that occurred due to incidents like accidents, theft, or changes caused by reasons such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes, landslides, snowfall, road-blockage, floods), government orders, strikes, political disturbances, disease-related issues, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Just a heads up, if any unexpected costs pop up during your trip or if there are changes to the plan due to the reasons mentioned earlier, you'll need to take care of those expenses then and there. You can settle these directly with our POC or the trip captain on the go.
  • Any form of confirmation in terms of email or verbal along with advance payment will be treated as registered for booking your spot. Registration once booked cannot be cancelled, transferred or exchanged.
  • Dismiss any guest from the misbehaviour especially if it affects the group and any kind of physical or verbal assault to the tour managers without any refunds.
  • You'll handle any extra costs directly with the hotels or service providers. Keep in mind that special requests like Early Check-in, Late Check-out, room views, etc. depend on availability and will incur extra charges.
  • While we do our best to provide everything you need, remote locations can sometimes limit our offerings. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in these situations. Your support means a lot.
  • Transportation between Delhi and Base are from a third-party vendor, so stops and routes aren't entirely up to us. If a breakdown happens, we'll get you a backup ASAP, factoring in the location and time it would take. Thanks for understanding and cooperating!
  • Let's treasure our adventures by respecting nature, communities, and trails. Remember, our belongings are our responsibility. milesndsmile isn't liable for any adversities.
  • Let's make our adventures unforgettable for all the right reasons. Respect the places we visit and the locals we meet – that's the heart of our journey. And hey, about our gear/baggage – it's like our sidekick. Keep it close because milesndsmile won't be able to wave a magic wand if anything goes missing.
  • Travellers are solely responsible for any mishappening theft, loss, injuries, illegal activities such as carrying banned drugs or unlawful activities during the tour.
  • We are intermediaries who book and arrange all services for our client, the service is provided such as accommodation, airlines etc. for which we don’t have control over their quality and we request you to speak to them directly for any service -related issues.
  • GST & Government Taxes (if included) to be paid Extra by the travellers.
  • All above rates and services are subject to availability and can be changed without any prior notice.

  • Being on the road always comes up with its own sets of ups and downs. We always work with the best in the industry but there is a possibility that you may face traffic jams or mechanical vehicle failures during the trip which in turn may impact the trip schedule.
  • In case of any unavoidable issues such as traffic jams, natural calamities mechanical failures, it may lead to missing the connecting trains and flights. In such scenarios, MilesndSmile will help you in making possible alternate arrangements but kindly note that the cost of these arrangements like alternate Flight, Bus or Train tickets charges, Tatkal charges, and Accommodation charges has to be borne completely by the participant and the company won't be providing any kind of compensation for the same. The participant is also free to make his own arrangements at will.
  • MilesndSmile is a modern travel community, that organizes and arranges the adventure trip to the mountains which has the risk of accidents, loss of life, bodily injury, financial repercussions, etc. Neither the MilesndSmile nor its agents or affiliated entities shall be responsible nor liable for any accident, bodily injury, illness or death, loss or damage to baggage or property, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), negligence or delay from the act, error, omission default or negligence of any person, not its direct employee or under its exclusive control.
  • There will be no discounts or money refunded for missed or unused services, this includes voluntary or involuntary termination/departure from tour, i.e. sickness, death of a family member etc, late arrival on the tour, or premature departure either voluntarily or involuntarily.
  • We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reason.
