Refund & Cancellation Policy
- After confirmation of any Package request: 30% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services.
- Booking amount is not refundable in any circumstances.
- The remaining balance (70% of the total package) must be paid in full 10 days prior the scheduled event date.
- Cancellations made more than 10 days before the event date are eligible to forfeit only the non-refundable booking amount (30%).
- Cancellations mad withing 10 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund, and the total amount paid will be retained.
- If you do not arrive at the scheduled time of the event, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. The entire amount paid will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
- Any additional costs incurred during the trip, such as outdoor activities, meals, or taxes that are not explicitly included in the package, are the responsibility of customer. These expenses will not be covered by the travel agency and are non-refundable.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
- We almost never cancel our trips. But in case we cancel a trip because of natural calamities (snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes) or unexpected political unrest, curfews, local riots, or government orders, MilesndSmile will not be liable for any refund if the trip schedule from first start point has begun.
- While making payment through our online payment gateway, a small processing fee may be charged by the payment service provider. This fee is non-refundable and will be added to your total payable amount during the transaction process.
- We do not entertain any credit facility.
